Connecticut Business Attorney Explains the Steps to Create an LLC

Connecticut Business AttorneyAs an experienced Connecticut Business Attorney I am often asked how to create an LLC.  The steps for forming a Connecticut LLC are quite simple. First, the articles of association are filed with the secretary of state along with the filing fee and that no other LLC is operating under that same name. Then, the members of the LLC meet and review and adopt an operating agreement. This step is crucial in addressing the governance provisions and succession provisions in the LLC as well as the methods by which the firm will be operated and ran on a day to day business.

Do you want to form an LLC in Connecticut that is secure and strong?  Contact experienced Connecticut Business Attorney Eric Foster for strong legal guidance.
