Windham County Debt Relief Attorney Discusses If You Will Receive a Notice of Repossession
As a Windham County Debt Relief Attorney, I am often asked if you will be receiving a notice of repossession. If you’re a Connecticut resident and you have been paying on an automobile home and you fail to make certain payments and your car is repossessed, you will receive something called ‘a notice of repossession.’ This must be sent to you by certified or registered mail. I advise clients as a Windham County Debt Relief Attorney that your option once you receive that notice is to request an attempt to reinstate the loan by paying the total amount due. One of the options in that circumstance is to try to refinance the loan to cure the default.
